Estimated delivery times:

- European Union: 3–7 business days

We ship from France using trusted carriers such as La Poste, Colissimo, or international courier services depending on the destination.

VIOLI Jewellery is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied to your order.
For orders shipped outside the European Union, these charges are the responsibility of the customer and may vary depending on your country’s regulations.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, or unforeseen circumstances.
